With over 25 years of experience as a commercial property owner and operator, Todd Taylor brings a rich background to the Water Street Properties team. His expertise in acquisitions, financing and asset management, in both day-to-day operations and long-term strategies, gives Water Street a clear edge in providing outstanding service to our tenants and preserving value for our investors. Todd’s experience spans every aspect of real estate finance, including setting and executing capital investment strategies, building and maintaining banking relationships and debt restructuring. He also has a deep background in private placements of debt and equity for federal, state and municipal government-leased real estate projects, working through strategic partnerships with capital providers to offer financial structures unique to the government property sector.

Todd received a B.S. in Operations Management from Boston University’s School of Management.

Mitchell Freeman brings over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate to Water Street Properties, as both a private investor and in senior positions in real estate investment banking, acquisitions, finance and management. His previous experience includes Fuji-Wolfensohn Inc., a joint venture between James D. Wolfensohn, Inc., the international investment banking firm, and Fuji Bank; Corporate Property Investors, a privately traded real estate investment trust (REIT) founded by Lazard Freres; and J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. In addition, he served as head of acquisitions east of the Mississippi for Mitsui Real Estate Sales, a subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan. During the 10 years prior to founding WSP with Todd Taylor, Mitchell had been a private investor, successfully drawing on and expanding his network of investment partners.

As an entrepreneur, Mitchell founded a number of real-estate related ventures, and has served on the Boards of Directors of several publicly traded companies. He was also Chairman of the Board of Replications, Inc., a not-for-profit in the public education space focused on replicating successful public school models, that served over 26,000 New York City public school students.

Mitchell holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.A. from George Washington University.

Isaac Andreoli oversees financial operations at Water Street for both our Connecticut and Texas properties. With deep experience in all aspects of finance and accounting, Isaac joined Water Street at a crucial growth stage and helped propel us to the next level of financial management, implementing new systems and procedures to support our expanding portfolio. Prior to joining Water Street, Isaac was the Accounting Manager at North Sails. Before that, he was a Financial Analyst at Avangrid and a staff accountant at NBCUniversal Media.

Isaac has an MBA in Accounting and Business Management from the University of New Haven and a B.S. degree in Accounting from Roger Williams University. He holds FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses.

As Leasing Director for our Texas properties, Suzanne brings extensive experience honed throughout a 30-plus-year career. She is a committed and dedicated landlord representative, providing exceptional results for institutional clients with over 25 million square feet leased. Recent highlights of her professional journey with Water Street include 73,000 square feet ($18M+) leased to the University of Texas Health Science Center, 63,000 square feet of new and renewal leases at our Ashford Oaks property, and quickly leasing up over 30,000 square feet at our Northwest Atrium property after a sudden departure of our anchor tenant due to a merger. Prior to joining Water Street in 2021, Suzanne was Managing Director for the Leasing & Brokerage Properties group at publicly- traded Kennedy Wilson for 18 years, and then moved to their subsidiary, Synermark Properties. Suzanne’s extensive market knowledge and strategic expertise make her an invaluable member of the Water Street team.

Suzanne holds a B.A. in Urban Development and Metropolitan Studies from Michigan State.

A key member of our Northeast team, Sarah Lebov oversees leasing and asset management for all of Water Street’s properties in Connecticut. She has almost 25 years of experience in management, marketing, finance, and IT for properties, including multifamily, office, retail, and warehouse, handling everything from leasing to overseeing vendor contracts to budgets and tax reporting. Her broad experience makes her an invaluable member of the Water Street team, where she can wear many hats and jump in to assist other departments as needed.

Sarah has a B. S. degree in Business Administration from Bryant University and a Connecticut real estate license.
